In 2025, I was tasked with refreshing Delve's brand, to elevate the visual look and feel and align with our go-to-market strategy.
The goals of the refresh were to:
elevate the visual identity to more accurately reflect our expertise
refine what is working to work better
simplify guidelines and tools for easier use
The main deliverables for the refresh were:
An comprehensive brand guidelines tool available online (previously, guidelines were a single page PDF poster)
Improved, simplified and refined PowerPoint templates to serve Delve’s broad range of presentation needs (from sales proposals and case studies, to meeting updates and technical reviews)
Training modules, instructions, and an updated asset library for the team to get oriented quickly and easily

Guiding principles: minimal, bold, and balanced
The Rule of Three – a simple and memorable guideline serving as the foundation for all layout and design choices (rule of thirds gridlines and three or fewer colors, font sizes, and images).
Larger margins and more white space
Minimal use of color for a neutral and flexible, yet bold look and feel, allowing product imagery to shine
Simplified icon design and abstracted supporting imagery
Increased contrast in type hierarchy, to encourage brevity and provide better readability
Our people are our product.
As a consulting firm, our people are what drives the business. Our passion, expertise, and empathy are what draw clients to work with us over and over again. We wanted our website and other marketing materials to highlight this, so I art directed a photo shoot to produce these images of real Delvians at work (and some play!) *PS: Yes, I was also in the photo shoot!
